Quite like VAR too. It's a long way for perfect but it's certainly a damn sight better than it was implemented here in the Cup games.

If not for VAR, this game seems like it may have descended into a leg breaker by now... so in that sense it's not great, but I think as a really high profile first effort, its been solid.

Oh fuck off with your VAR ruining it. What bollocks. Firstly it's hardly been used! I think I saw 7 times in 17 matches, or something like that. When it has been used it has been quick (far quicker than trying to control a group of arguing players) and ended up with the right call 90% of the the time. So ruining it ? What utter tosh.
