It seems like most of the 'underdogs' in this WC are employing the same shit house tactics that lower tier premier league teams do & just disrupting play constantly with niggling fouls.

If it continues I think next week all refs will start carding to try to stop these minor fouls that only serve to break up play.

These are international teams. They dont play together every week & take a little time to adjust to playing together again.

I wouldn't be too worried about losing that bet as it stands so far. Panama had very little in the way of possession in the final third never mind chances.

Exactly. The first round of group games usually are pretty cagey. If anything I think this has been ok so far.
