@Athens, remember watching an Ireland v Germany World Cup game outdoors at the Chester?
They had the tv under a canopy, it started raining heavily and the water ran off the roof and into the tv which blew up.
May be a bit harsh but I think if sterling goes the other side of him then the defender has to try to block him inside the area. Every chance of a pen if he does.
