I've said repeatedly that the Spain Portugal game spoiled everyone cos its literally the only great group game of a WC I can ever remember seeing. Ever. They're normally like this.

One loss can end your world cup in a lot of groups, so of course they rarely play as well as you'd expect, there's too much on the line.
