Everton fans said that to me repeatedly last season.

I got sick of saying 'we didn't let them see the fucking ball, that's WHY they were so shit'.

3412. That's the formation we will be playing against these chaps... Skrtel to Start alongside Agger and Toure...

Only I haven't quite worked out who we will be playing at RB..

Id have Henderson but more likely wisdom...

Gerrard Allen Lucas in midfield with coutinho behind the front two of Aspas and Sturridge.

Do we really need 7 defenders (inc. Lucas & Ming), plus Henderson to 'help out' Wisdom, against Swansea ? No, I don't think so.

Agger is one of the first names on the teamsheet and rightly so Dreamy. Not even a 100 posts from your keyboard over the past two weeks about how tired you have grown to his constant mistakes will change that.

I can understand why you are doing it seeing as you have never missed an opportunity, just like your good pal Ryan never has, to tell us all how incredibly overrated he is.

It is you however you that underrates him criminally. Just so you know.
Well you obviously confuse me wit Ryan as up until last season he was my first defender on the team sheet when fit but constantly switches off every game to gift the opposition a big chance. Look at the few games this year. Benteke and RVP both got their best sight of goal because Agger was ball watching and lost his man.

He has good qualities but we have better CB's than him now so he should be dropped.

We limited Benteke and RVP to a couple of chances each in both games. You cant ask for anymore than that against such quality.

We've kept 3 clean sheets which means chopping and changing at the back is a bit crazy.
None of them deserves to be dropped.

Yes I can, Toure never lost his maker in any of the games he played and Skrtel was flawless in terms of marking his man, something you cannot say of Agger.

And consistently giving the oppositions most deadliest strikers changes is worthy of getting the dropped.

The fact that Ming has saved him 2/3 of the occasions doesn't change a thing. He should be dropped.

How often do you hear this, always makes me laugh. We (you) only beat them (us) because we were rubbish ... without any credit given that part of the reason they were 'rubbish' is because of the other team's influence on their performance. It's BS to make excuses based on that premise.

You hear it quite often because it's true.

Victor Moses' national coach thinks we're going to win the league. Who are we to argue with Stephen Keshi?

Victor Moses is ready to hit the ground running as his season-long loan with Liverpool gets under way.
The Chelsea forward hasn't figured under Jose Mourinho at Stamford Bridge this season, but in a sparkling performance for Nigeria last weekend, he showed he is suffering no rustiness.
Moses helped fire the Super Eagles into the final round of Africa's World Cup qualification process with a 2-0 defeat of Malawi in Calabar.
Moses converted a decisive penalty, but it was his overall performance which caught the eye and suggested he is ready to slot straight into life with the Premier League-topping Reds.
Nigerian journalist Babajide Alaka reported, for the goal.com website: "If there were any doubts concerning the talent of Victor Moses, Saturday's game dispelled all that.
"Simply magical and at times untouchable, the Liverpool loanee was a constant thorn in the flesh.
"Many times, especially in the first half, he took his opponents to the cleaners and delivered good crosses into the box that were not converted.
"He got the crowd going and in the second half after scoring the penalty, he actually performed a juggling act on the pitch, which left the fans drooling. And just as he did against South Africa during the Nelson Mandela Challenge match, he is always going to be very important in opening up stubborn defences."
Moses clearly made a significant impact in Calabar.
Nigeria coach Stephen Keshi actually stated that he believed Liverpool will win the league after signing the Super Eagles striker!
"I am happy with this because Liverpool is a club I like very much," said his national team coach.
"The arrival of Moses means Liverpool will win the championship because he is a very good player who will boost the side."

Did he also tell us that we are the sole heir to £50m dollars from some deceased oil baron and a down payment of £20k will secure it, but we must act quickly and keep it secret?

3 Points clear if we win on Monday...

It will be interesting if we can maintain top position. .

As in the past we go top and bottle it...

Iago Aspas says he isn't mad to think Liverpool can win the title

14 Sep 2013 23:00
Aspas claims Arsenal can break any defence this season, and that they should be regarded as true title contenders

Alex Livesey
Iago Aspas insists it is not madness to consider Liverpool title contenders, writes Dean Jones of the Sunday People.
Liverpool have won their first three matches for the first time since 1994 and the Spaniard, who arrived from Celta Vigo in a £7.7million summer deal, said: “We have an excellent attack. With Daniel Sturridge and Luis Suarez we are able to break any defence.
“It is certainly not madness to aspire to winning the title this season.”
Aspas, hoping to start against Swansea, is still getting his head around the Scouse fashion sense. He said: “I am still at the stage where I am adapting in Liverpool to the clothes and the food.
“But the people here relate to football and music, and for me it is a pleasure to live this experience.
“I always dreamed of playing for a big club, and Liverpool are known all over the world.”

I must be having a really bad day but I don't understand what he's talking about. He's getting used to clothes?

Tbf I'd have to get used to this as well...

How amazing was it yesterday eh?
Keeping an eye on the scores in the big games instead of wondering how the bitters were doing.
I can't believe that I wanted fucking Stoke to beat City.
It was weird out.

....... we've been dropping points to supposed lesser teams for years now.

A lot of people conveniently forget that history is no indicator of future performance (esp. with a new manager and a different team) 😉

Away matches in the PL are inherently difficult because of the quality and effort PL teams put into home games.
