Sterling doesn't really need to do much in this City team does he?

Thought he had a decent at best game but expect him to have moments where he wins them games across the season.

His agent and him have done very well out of this.

Yes in terms of his move to a club who are likely to win the PL.

However, though it may seem terrible for us - it is a major success for us in terms of the fee we got for him. His frame and body despite his talent will not make him a long term player for any top team, he will tire and get injured quite a bit in the coming years and like other players who are built like him - he will fade away. Selling him knowing we have someone like Ibe coming through the ranks was a very good move. Also - we need to face the facts that what last season showed was that without the likes of Suarez to link it and put the effort in - Sterling is a lesser player.

Very good performance by City. With Aguero, Silva, Toure and Kompany in form, they are an excellent side. Sterling did fuck all - maybe he'll get a bit more confidence as time progresses. However, given the size of the fee, I'm sure they'll be expecting more than a push and run merchant.

Hopefully, this is Chelsea imploding. Jose has been stirring up a toxic mess and rather than galvanise the team, he's now sold out his stalwart and captain. Fingers crossed.
