I would love love love Bastoni. Inter has been taken over by Oaktree Capital after it's owners missed loan repayments and picking up their best player is absolutely the dogshit vulture like opportunistic cunitsh behaviour I expect and demand from Hughes.

I don't think Bastoni wants a move though.

Pretty mad that we've got him for such a low fee. We just got double that for carvalho. Let's hope he's all fixed.
 
He has only been out for more than 2 weeks twice in his entire career and one was an ACL injury. There's a lot of bluster about him being a croc but the evidence of the last 2 seasons since the injury says not.

Also- the sell on fee for Solanke at 7.5m nearly covers what we're paying for him, which is utter madness.

Yes - and some of the games he "missed" were international breaks where he likely pulled out without being injured to ensure he was rested.

Chiesa’s salary at Anfield will be between €6m and €7m per season, as per CorSport.
