He plays DM and CM in addition to FB. My impression of him is that he is a versatile, athletic and technically gifted defensive player who like Can can play in a number of positions. I hope someone has time to scout him further.

Some good suggestions in her as ever.

However, I'd like to see us revive Rafa's push to snap up the best 15-17 year old talent around a few years ago.

Sterling (1m), Ibe (500k), Ojo (?) are all potential 20-50m players and the fruit of our concerted to snap up the best young British (and elsewhere) talent around about 4 years ago. Now that's moneyball.

With Inglethorpe in charge of developing young talent, we're potentially well set to benefit from a production line of top young talent for years to come.

I think the exciting thing is that with Mr Rodgers in charge and having seen us sign Markovic, Moreno, Coutinho and Sturridge types, that these dazzling little beauties are probably within our radar.
In the past it just used to fuck me off being linked to Robinho's and Higuain's because I knew our boring as cunt managers wouldnt dream of signing any player who has actual mercurial talent.

Transfermarkt has all of his appearances at RB, I can't find anything to refute that? Was he playing those positions with Porto?

Oh shit, I conflated Danilo from S.C. Braga to Porto's Danilo. Porto's Danilo is a full-back who can play DM and Braga's Danilo is a younger chap (also Brazilian) who plays DM and CM. We've been linked with both and I got all confused 😕

I think Rodgers is fucking abysmal in the transfer market. Lovren, Lallana, Borini, Allen - and that's before we get to all the journeymen he desperately wanted to sign: Bertrand, Sigurdsson, Dempsey, Ashley Williams, Vorm.

As long as we tell him to keep his fucking beak out we'll be fine, though.
