Depends who our other options are, I guess. Right now you'd expect the front 3 to be Suarez, Sturridge, and Coutinho. Possible competition from Borini, Aspas, Alberto, Downing.

So basically, hard to see where they get in the 'first team', but no reason at least one of them can't force their way on to the bench as a regular back up - the alternatives are fairly underwhelming really. I'd keep them here til xmas and if it's needed send one on loan for 6 months then.

I thought that when he made it into the first team initially last season his decision making was really good. Then he started to try too hard following his loss of form and you can tell now that he is too eager to impress.

Hopefully Rodgers can calm him down a bit and tell him he's got time.

Yes, I agree. Tbh I've always thought intelligence and maturity etc were features of *both* of their games. They're certainly not your archetypal brainless speed merchants...

Oh well, just my opinion.

Oh, and as for having time - he'd still be eligible to play in the Youth Cup this year!
