I don't think this is significant at all.
Let's jump for joy at the fact we've agreed to give the players a few free cars.

There is not a single mention anywhere that it's a sponsorship deal and it's going to make us money - because if it was the papers would have been told to tell us so.

Quite, and we're only demolishing the houses to make fans walks to the stadium easier, not to assist the most important project at the club over the last decade, so I don't think that's significant at all either.
