Looking dangerous.. incredibly dangerous..

Nice run of fixtures coming up whilst we have some tough games...

Son is playing Salah esq.. They as team are scoring goals right across the team, no longer reliant on 'arry Kane

Are they our most realistic challengers for the Title??... Looking that way I'd say...

They lack squad depth as they're competing in 4 competitions. Fatigue will hit them sooner or later playing the way they do

Next two games

Wolves (H)
Cardiff (A)

6 points from them.. easily.

Its just become vitally important we get at least 4 points from our next two games

Last year they had goals from Eriksen, Son & Alli.
Their midfield is stable with Sissoko being much better than last year.
Despite numerous headaches, their CBs have been good.
Lloris seems to have become sane again.

Good team, with a good manager.
They are where they are because of that.
We'll see how things continue as the season grinds out.

Oh, and @moron is right ... They're CUNTS.

Spurs are a weird anomaly this season, usually four losses would have you no where near the top, but they've won every other game, which is impressive from a Spurs point, but also concerning. They've got an easy run, so them making up some ground makes sense, however January is busy for them with semi finals against Chelsea in the league cup, and then the Champions League in February will be tough on there squad, hopefully that'll see them slip away.

Like I said in the other thread, Spurs have two League cup games and an Fa cup game in January. They lose Son to the Asian cup mid January.
I'm sure they can make it through January winning all league games, but do they have the fitness levels to keep it up in February and March?

I think people on here have been wrongfully dismissive of them all season. They're good, the cunts. Then, of course, you have to factor in the Dreamy jinx of saying they have no chance, so they are a real force. I've just thrown a fiver on them to win the league to hopefully restore some balance.

I dont think anybody has and I dont think anybody here thinks we have won the title. On a reality level I will beleive we have won or when it is a certainty through maths. The other factor that concerns me is that this team have not lost a game in the league so you have to wonder ... can they react accordingly from any future loss. The worry here is that Spurs have that experience already..and we dont.

On a level of luck ... and luck is an important factor I think all the signs are in place and certain decisions and events are kinda aligned. For me it is that goal against Everton. But also...Klopp as manager is probably in the history of football the longest running loser of being runner up/losing finalist and lady luck must shine on him at some point.

Final note ... lots of tricky away fixtures and some very strong teams to play at home...nothing is decided...but bloody hell...I am fucking happy as fuck after the results so far.

They will choke like they always do when the pressure builds and their deluded fans get too inflated.

I just don’t see a team with 4 defeats before Christmas winning a title. The no draws thing can’t last forever, at some point they will fall off the pace. Man City is still our only real competition, I think.

The Bournemouth game didn't help me to gauge their level at all. Bournemouth were atrocious. I didn't see them v Everton. But surely it's the squad that will see them fall behind. On their day, with their best XI, they can indeed look formidable, but, unlike us, there's not much depth there at present.

They are a lot like us last season, sensational going forward, really good team to watch but a bit too easily bullied at the back and prone to shoot themselves in the foot. I think they will finish 3rd comfortably but cant see them outlasting us and City over the next 4 months

I think Everton were way too open with inadequate protection from midfield, played right into their hands. They defended far more diligently against us, the cunts.

I said in pre season they’d finish second and I was hounded as usual for knowing nothing etc.

They are an excellent side who have been settled for a few years now with a great coach and a great style of play.

They are brilliant at beating the bottom 14 but struggle against the big boys.

Having said all that they aren’t our main threat, City are. They have to play us away, City away, Arsenal, Utd and Chelsea. Not to mention a few London derbies aside.

They have a two legged league cup semi which they will have to play a strong side for as they need a trophy as much as Klopp.

They have a tough CL game, the Fa Cup and the league. They could go far in the CL but they will fade in the league 100%

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Wolves beat them.

If not Feb/March will ruin them. I hope they stay in all the cups just to make sure.

Finally it’s actually been great for us. Spurs 11 goals and Utd’s bounce has taken a lot of the spotlight off us. Klopp has handled the questions amazingly as well.

Hopefully we don’t see the pressure like 2014 created by the fans again until we are out of sight. A really strong next 6 weeks and we could have it decided but equally we could blow a head gasket.

What a season.

I only caught MOTD, but Bournemouth had quite a few chances, a couple at 0-0 if I recall correctly, and their first goal was a deflection that wrong-footed the keeper. They all count, of course, but things could've been different.

As for the game against Everton, The Bitters had a goal wrongly ruled out to make it 2-0, then Pickford decided to gift them a few goals. Again, could've been different.

They're still going to win the league, mind. I hate them.

Also, there was a Spurs fan on TalkSport earlier, and he said he reckons they'll win the league and we'll finish third. Third!? Even I'm not that negative about our chances.

Some good thoughts in here, but Wolves were atrocious, and no way will they beat Spurs-.

I’d rather have Spurs on our tails than City, and I’d happily have Spurs giving City grief for second rather than a straight up two horse race.
