The advantage of Kenny as caretaker is that he knows the players, and they know him well. It has to be a plus as a caretaker. I doubt Purslow and Co have the courage to act right now though, as their attention is elsewhere.

How exactly do you want me to respond?

Three sets of issues are at play here:

1) The yanks are cunts
2) Rafa was a shithouse who left us in a mess
3) Roy isn't good enough.

No one can really argue with any of the above, it's just the percentages. Most people I know would weight the yanks as being #1 problem in why we're shite, but I'd go with Rafa personally. I mean the last 40m he sponked was on the worst right back we've ever had and a gozzy cunt who can't get a game for Juve. But maybe I'm daft.

We're pretty much carrying the end of last season's form into this so to that extent the shite that Benitez left us with are part of the problem. But so is the attitude of our senior players who get paid handsomely. Showing a bit of heart and fight would fucking help a bit but they're simply not arsed. Then there's Roy with his lack of ambition.....fuck, there's no one person to blame, the club is fucked top to bottom.

maybe my memory's hazy but i thought our end of last season form was reasonably good tbh. all the car crash stuff was out of the way by then, and i can think of at least 3 games (portsmouth, sunderland, benfica) that were miles, and i mean fucking miles, better than anything we've seen so far from hodgson.

so benitez not guilty on that charge imo.
