Yes, you dreamt that. The OP was regards to SINCE the chelsea game. We have not played spurs since then, we've played arsenal in the league and everton in the league - we won one of those.

Pretty sure we won both...

😱

You're right, I was wrong. We did beat arsenal and everton. Not spurs, but you're right on that front.

ROFL. No we won BOTH of those. And re. Spurs you are one that mentioned them first !

EDIT : Quiffed again.

😀 car crash of a thread.

We've 3 tough away games to come. Saints, Utd and Cardiff. I think anything over 6 points will be exceptional. Weirdly, I fancy our chances much more at OT than St Mary's.

Same here, Saints away is a cunt of a fixture for Liverpool, it has been for as long as i can remember, last season they bent us over and bummed us, we got off lightly with the scoreline, this season we struggled at home, hopefully Rodgers has learned.

He learned against Arsenal, & he's been learning since he got here, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt until he proves me wrong.

I don't think it is a game we can take lightly - if we let them attack us like we did Swansea they will put several past us. Their midfield, defence, and general tactical approach is heavily flawed and if we go out to kill them from the off I think we could surpass the 4-1 of 2009!

I'm not taking them lightly; I'm just actually less worried about them because I know we will up our game to match them. And if we're on our game, there are very few teams who can match us - and fuck yeah, it feels good to be able to say that again!

Can't say we'll consistently up our game to match the likes of Villa, Swansea, Southampton, etc. though, hence I'm more worried about going to Southampton.

Yeah, thats one of the many good things about Rodgers, he usually knows when hes fucked up, just hope he has a good plan for Southampton, its hard to see a win in this one otherwise.

Really - since the Chelsea match where we lost 2-1 we've only beaten ONE of Arsenal and Everton?? Really??

What part am I mis-understanding here?

Fuck me, some of you lot read a thread, stop at a post and then bother reading the 500 replies after it. I held my hand up saying we beat arsenal in the league, not the cup. We have not beaten spurs since the chelsea game, as others have claimed.

are we really sure sakhos gona be getting any games when he comes back? he wasnt always a starter for rodgers

Lol what? Are you having a me moment?

We won both of those and convincingly ya banana

Are we going to do this thing @Dirty Sanchez?

I agree. We fucking owe them. There will be no complacency. There will be a dark simmering desire to wipe out the stain of Southampton's Anfield win. Utter kicking due.
Yep - I really feel that Southampton simply cannot resist us at this point. We are a different team in the way that we execute our plan from the team that played them earlier in the season. plus we have Suarez back. I don't see anything but a convincing win.

Yep. I'd like to see the club take the squad away for team bonding and all that shit (but no banging each others wives or Bellamy golf lessons). Give them a real break then get them back for 5 days before the United game and get them buzzing.

Rodgers, who has taken Liverpool staff for a sunshine break in Tenerife this week, will be able to attract more top players in the summer if Liverpool continue their impressive Premier League challenge.

We've got 20 points out of 24.

That's a phenomenal stretch.

Don't look now lads, but we've become consistently good.

Kudos to Rodgers.

I'm not sure why Rodgers should get any credit?

It's not like he's managing his players well, tactically outwitting opponents on a consistent basis, setting us up to play an exciting brand of football the like of which I haven't seen in 25 years as a Liverpool supporter, changing games midway through that we're losing or drawing, or getting performance after performance of the highest quality out of his top players, integrating youngsters, or going to tough places and winning.

He's done fuck all. The card-counting chancer.

Staff. Not players, the players have all been talking about spending it with their families in the press.

The better he does, the likelier it is for the one with the weirdo nod horribly wrong theory to proclaim 'he's the exception to the rule'.
