I don't see him as moany. The one you refer to is Mourinho and I see Sarri different. Sarri obviously struggles to get the players to dig in to do what he wants. Maybe it os to tough on them and the motivation to put in the extra work to keep up with the top teams isn't there. And the history has told us that if they don't give a shit the axe fall on the manager with no consequence for any player. I think it is refreshing that Sarri vent his frustration. It is obvious that strong characters in the group is not pulling the direction of the manager and this leads to 0-4 against Bournemouth. I don't see Sarri as an narsasistic ego but rather as a ambitous manager who does what he believe is best for the club. And if the high earning players doesn't want to do this they should probably leave, but it is a lot of tough decisions ahead.
