Well Raul was a good signing.
Most were happy with JC, but he's been shit.
The other 2 nobody wanted.
Surely Comoli isn't going to allow more Konchesky, Crapsen type signings.
 
I sincerely hope not. If Comolli helps shift Roy out of the club, his appointment will be halfway towards being justified right there.

I think he should be given his own team. I suggest Everton.

I can't remember the full details, but I did see an article listing his buys at Tottenham and it was a pretty mixed bunch, some crackers and some clunkers. Nobody seems to have been too bothered when he left there and TBH I've been doubtful about his appointment all along, but moving Roy on would get him off to a very good start.

Ok, well maybe it's just sour grapes but there have been alot of people coming out in the press of late saying as much, to the point of it being suggested he only identified one 'decent' player for Spurs.
 
Should just have an FM championship on here and put the winner in charge of buying the players.

When they beat Inter 6 of his signings was in the starting line up.

He didn't sign loads of shite players. Ghaly was Jols signing. Gilberto and Rocha was brought in as cover and cost a combined 2 mill £.

The best scout we have over here, who is a pretty wellknown scout in world football, is praising him and says we have made a very very good appointment. Thats good enough for me.

Well Modric price isn't realistic.
But he's signed some decent players there, some crap too.
BUt I'm fairly happy with that.
I don't expect every signing to be a smashing success.
It's not going to be just him deciding on the players is it?
Roy and the chairman will have a say on it too?
