Rodgers stayed for the full game but nobody stood out and was a fairly average team performance.

At least he had a good chat one-to-one with Raheem in a relaxed environment. I reckon he'll be included in some form in our next game.

I went to see Arsenal u21 v Bolton u21 tonight. Arsenal won 3-1 after going 1 nil down from a penalty. The arsenal keeper was sent off after 25-30mins. Arsenal were initially lacking direction until after the break they were a different team, played with pace and precision. Some gems in their team, a Dani Alves type right back who they signed from barca incidentally, he was decent on the ball and got forward with ease. Also there was a small German fella that was very clever on the ball, he was signed from Dortmund and came throught at the same time is gotez (?sp), but his development was hindered by a cruciate ligament injury.
