Rodgers deserves all sorts of abuse if Lovren is in his preferred 11. He's been an embarrassment since he joined and should consider himself lucky to be part of our bench. A turnaround now, to me, seems very unlikely. We need CB's who can handle themselves in an exposed system. Lovren comes across like he doesn't need to improve himself to be at a club with our ambitions, which to me suggests a turnaround now is very unlikely. I would have sold him this summer, kept Skrtel and Sakho as my first choice. Throwing £20M at a garbage CB last year was a huge mistake.
