Hate to say it but that was a champions type win for Utd. The sort of scrappy fine margins result that we were digging out of nothing with great regularity last season.

The question over whether or not they are serious contenders is now over as far as Im concerned. Huge game against them in 2 weeks time
The sort of win we got v spurs just a couple of matches ago. Don't panic, but we've got this

Dreamy got what he wanted. We need Hal to follow him around working his magic...

Impossible. This season is already a "dead rubber", to coin a phrase from our resident brainiac. Just not in the way he thinks it is.

All I know for a fact is that we won't win the league. We have too many injuries, we're drawing too many games, and the refs/VAR seem intent on screwing us over.

It could be United. At one point I thought it would be Spurs. Might still be. I just know for sure it isn't us.

Yeah it was, but they just seem to be getting the breaks they need this season. Any successful team needs the bounce to favour them at times, Utd have had that in spades this season. Theyve been mostly average and are currently 2 points off top spot.

Amazing. Several years after the doubters to believers rallying call, two years after the CL win, a few months after the title win, and some fans are nervous wrecks with us still top of the league. It's hardly the time for knocking knees.

So far we've had 'title deciding' games against Chelsea, City, Spurs and Leicester. United will be just another in what may be a long line this season.

Also, how have we let United be 2 points behind us they're fucking dire

I fucking hate playing United, so adding pressure isn't good for me

Hands down my two fav games of the year.

Contrary to popular belief on here. I fuckin love us beating Utd. It was one of the few bright spots each season growing up watching us in the 90’s.

No matter how poor we were we generally turned it on against Utd especially at home.

I hate / love playing United. Before the game it's pure unadulterated terror at the thought of losing. Afterwards it's either shite depression - if we've lost or drawn - or heaven and I'm trawling all the United forums basking in the schadenfreude.

If they by some miracle or whatever win the league, it will be embarrassment for us and even City, and Jose, - can you imagine how the media will ... 'Ole Ole - the man' - fuck off - I don't even want to contemplate this but they should never be this close to us. We really need to win tonight and even score really big to make a statement if we have to, but above all we cannot lose to them when we play them - no fucking way.

Are we all still laughing at Ole being at the wheel?

No 1st teamers out ... they're healthy and stringing out results.
They are still extremely poor in middle of their defense, which will come to haunt them sooner rather than later.
I'm not laughing at how the refs treat them like it's Ferguson managing - on penalties and fouls.
I hope they finish 2nd to us - let them keep Ole for a few more years.

If he had no Manc ties, and was available when Klopp retires, would you want him at the club? Your answer will say enough ... ;-)
