Only positive is that City are still in every comp and are already playing catch up with games so it’ll exhaust them whenever they get to play them.

And I’d rather they not get too close while we are dropping points. Would rather we win and pressure on them than the other way around.

Every time I have taken the piss out of city this season - something has bitten me in the arse:

1) they lose big to Leicester - and shortly after we get fucked over big-time by Vila
2) they draw at WBA - and I laugh my head off, and then we do the same shit at Home !!!

Now - I really do want to say something - like what happened with M'boro many seasons ago, but I have a feeling it will end up badly for us. Please do the research on that incident if you have forgotten or don't know about it, but I won't say anything on this issue.

On the City situation I read this on BBC :

[article]
With a congested fixture list, City's Premier League match at Chelsea on Sunday 3 January and EFL Cup semi-final at Manchester United on Wednesday 6 January are both at risk.
However, unlike Leyton Orient, who had to forfeit their tie against Tottenham earlier in the competition when their squad was ravaged by positive coronavirus tests, the semi-final would be rearranged.

Why the different treatment from Lincoln?

Poor the Leyton Orient.. who now identify themselves as Lincoln.

Perhaps it's time to rename Man City....

Why the different treatment from Lincoln?

It is because of the round.

No games till 6pm when 4 games kick off. What am I meant to do all day???
You think you've got it bad ! That makes the earliest KO here 01.00 !

Spent the day painting the conservatory and bringing plants inside that wouldn't otherwise survive the cold spell (down to -8C) about to hit us over the next few days.
Watched a few films and now to spend an hour or so on Fallout 76. We'll see if it's worth watching a game after that - though United v Wolves is the only match of any real interest and that KO too late.

Sheffield Utd have confirmed a number of positive tests...

Game goes ahead...

City really do have a lot to answer for.

Just came here to mention this

What the actual fuck? Bottom of the table isn't as important as top of the table?

I'm watching the arsenal game

I didn't want to watch big sam fuck up their defence against a team they could realistically get points off

Arsenal look much better with a mobile 3 behind auba. But auba still looks a bit shite
