Palace, Leicester, Wolves, Bournemouth are all opportunities for them.
Bar Bournemouth they are all away. Palace and Wolves are playing well now, I'd be surprised if they get anything from them. Leicester away in a game Everton (with their run in compared to Leicester's) must win or it's likely they are down? Bournemouth playing well too now (4 wins in the last 6) if they carry that form forward then even that is no gimme.

We are level on points with Villa if we win our two games in hand. If they are in it - we are in it.

Dont think it will happen. But in theory at least…

It will be tough, and someone really has to slip up for us to be in it with a chance, and we will have to be flawless.
I cannot see that coming. We have to stop giving away points against poorer teams for a start.

United have defensive injuries, so that could be their demise. Spurs always stumble. Brighton are very good, but have a small squad and lack strikers.
I think Newcastle will make it. Villa won't. Too many tough games. Newcastle and United, to make it, just. There is bound to be some twists though.

As for the bottom struggle, Leicester, to my surprise, showed some fight in the second half against City.
They will surely need it, and need results against Wolves, Fulham and Everton.

Southampton seem lost, as they couldn't get anything going at home against Palace.

Forest I haven't seen in a while, but it seems a tough ask.
They will go down, as it is also a freshly assembled team who will not yet be that strong in team spirit.

Everton could just about make it, and it might come down to the two last games for them.
So, Southampton, Forest and Leicester to go down I think.

That is today's essay.

This is the year Everton go down. The goals of Richarlison and DCL have been papering over the cracks for years. Without either they're absolutely woeful across the park. Onana is the only player who looks cut out for a better team.

Harry Wilson is good at two things only. Freekicks and shooting from range. Everton just let him ghost into his favourite position to get a strike off leading to a goal. The CBs then both get caught out by a long ball off a set piece. They put in a few decent performances for Dyche, but they've the effort and motivation has dwindled and they've reverted back to their level. They'll only scrape together 5-6 points in the remaining fixtures.

I have concluded that nobody really has the balls to claim 3rd or 4th. Newcastle and Spurs are shitting it. Man United are going to have Harry Maguire playing for the rest of the season. And Rashford is out. They might shit the bed too.

It's go time!

Told ya.

Have to say even though he's a Spurs player I really feel for Davinson Sanchez. Getting subbed on after 36 mins and then getting subbed off again 23 mins later.
Spurs fans responding with ironic cheers for him being subbed off again. Says it all about that club and their supporters really.
Hope he decides to move on this summer to another club. Dont rate him as a player but you dont want to see that for any player.

Really poor tactical approach to the game by the Spurs "manager" as well.

Those first 3 are all away and all capable of outplaying them.

Palace on form, Wolves picking up form.

Don't see them picking up more than 2 points from them 3 games.

They're a team that can't score goals, Doucoure out for another 2 games too....bang in trouble them.

Not saying they will get points from all those matches, only that they're opportunities to get points.

So we all want City to win the league, yes?

I’d bring up my dinner if this Arsenal team managed to win the league in a weird World Cup dip season where Liverpool are shite. Especially with Madame Tussaud’s exhibit managing them.

I think the site might be relatively split, or prefer arsenal to win

Yeah, it'd be criminal if a team as average as this Arsenal side wins as many premier league titles as our great side.

Them cheating City twats drop off the year we fall off a cliff, but stop us on multiple years where we get nearly 100 points?

Nah, City to win the league and then have all their titles stripped and to be banished from the football pyramid.
