Infantino is showing that he’s the new Blatter with how he has handled this.
Secret meetings with the owners of both PSG and City, and giving them advice on how to escape the FFP system.

[article]That's the story I just started reading this afternoon from Tony Jones or something like that.

I got down to the 3rd paragraph & gave up.

He had a couple of lines saying City were holding there ground on UEFA with the way it came out in the press but then it went onto stelph mode saying City were basically cheating & the Ban from Chumps league is on it's way then the Prem League will fine & doc points which get this City should except the lot & drop down the league table & take the medicine

Who the fuck are these twats who treat our club like a piece of meet

Why are we allowing all this publication week in week out, why are City not claiming for reputation, image, possibly loss of sponsorship & more

I like the way we are saying fuckall but also dont like these cnuts week in week out talking bollocks

The way I see it is the leaks have come from UEFA who have in turn got the word on the street

Bayern & Germany along with Liverpool & UTD have been stirring the pot here in England

Add the La Liga twat Tebas to the list & we have the main players in all this

I dont care now I just want City to go all out & nail UEFA, Der Spiegal to the fucking cross

I want to see them get fucking bummed by the Shiek & see the rest of those bent sniffing cnuts like Gill & Rummenigge, Bekenbauer, Tebas & Bartomeu
All get called out.

I would put my mortgage on David Gill behind anything

How many errors can a single person make in a post? I’m just getting up to speed on their FFP thread and this was posted not long before the news broke.

You are believing the media too much and PSG have contscts at EUFA,friendly ones, the prem teams sre leafing this, the ones with yank owners, they have been trying for 10yrs

---love karen7
I've read that 5 times and I'm still confused

It’s times like this I almost regret blocking my idiot rabid-Brexiteer fuming City fan acquaintance from Facebook.

Last time I accidentally bumped into him he was still getting over us beating them in the league and referred to us as cheats.

Oh the sweet irony.

Last I heard, he was close to having a complete meltdown over the City - Spurs game.

My father has had two strokes and as a consequence can be quite argumentative and tetchy.

Karen makes my father look completely unaffected.

Karen isn't really 'argumentative' and 'tetchy', though.

She's (she?) is more 'paranoid', ''retarded' and 'delusional'

[article]I’d just love us to get the fcukers on the legality of FFP itself. It always was a blatant protection racket (to use Martin Samuels’ apt description) but, until now, no club’s had sufficient motivation or cash to challenge it in court.

Does anyone have the link for the City GoFundme page?
Poor bastards had no cash to challenge anything in court.

At least some have a bit of humour left.

We won't just take this. And we have the best people at the top levels of our club to fight it and win.

We didn't have best I.T department or security programmes.

[article]what about the ****s at Bayern??
revisionism is a grand thing... I personally like being cornered, it brings me out swinging!

revisionism- a word the majority of city fans don`t understand.

as for his "swinging" WTF has his sex life got to do with FFP?

You would think with this CL campaign being probably their last for a while, they would want to win it to make a statement, go out with a bang, etc. No, not a trace of that sentiment. Instead, they are discussing which act of petty hooliganism the players should perform against Real; the 2 latest suggestions I've read are players all pulling down their shorts before cameras and booting the ball into the stands every time. That'll show them UEFA bastards!

I reckon they should give UEFA and everyone else the ultimate contemptuous, two-fingered, get it right up ya, snub...

... and play their youth team against Real Madrid.

Also.... have the fans considered attacking a bus containing UEFA officials - that’s the sort of thing that people won’t ever forget... apparently.

He's right though. FFP protects the biggest clubs. It's not socialism.
Its a mixed bag, but ultimately I disagree with it protecting the biggest

We're a massive club and we can thank our lucky stars FFP wasn't aorund with hicks and gilette

]Its designed to stop smaller clubs from going under primarily, but also stops clubs stretching beyond their means. It's easy for clubs to overstretch and plummet if it all goes wrong. Look at leeds. They fucked it up royally.

It also stops ogliarchy and oil tycoons over inflating the market. Unfortunately, the powers that be are always too slow to act on anything.

If by 'biggest' he means legacy clubs like Liverpool, United, Milan, Juve, Real etc, then he's correct.

It makes it harder for Arabs and oligarchs to come in and fuck everyone over with 'financial doping' so that tinpot arriviste clubs like PSG, City and Chelsea don't upset the order of things....there is deffo an element of protecting the closed shop of establishment big boys like us, while pretending anyone gives a fuck about smaller clubs

It protects legacy clubs to a degree, but all it takes is a bad few years (like we very nearly had) for it to turn around.

I can see united struggling within the next decade unless they sort their shit out.

FFP is a stupid protectionist system that was brought in under the guise of stopping small clubs going out of business but was solely to protect the established clubs. If we weren't one we'd hate it. That doesn't make any of this any less funny. Also, if city would have done all their business over the phone or with private email accounts or behind a decent firewall then this wouldn't be happening. Imagine spending a billion on a footy club, breaking loads of financial laws, and then getting your lads mate to do your information security. Pure lolz.

Anyways, say this was Espanyol or Turin that had suddenly overtaken Barca or Juve, and we were outside looking in, we'd be expecting the Spanish / Italian leagues to use the UEFA case and put the boot in, kick them out of the league, so I do wonder what the FA will do. I mean if it was Man U or us then they wouldn't do anything, but it's not.

I love the fact we logged on to their scouting system for months because the daft cunts didn't change the password or delete the login of a leaving member of staff
