English football has always been full of angry men fighting each other. No one reports on it because they don't want to damage the brand and its always swept under carpet, unless England are playing. Var has become the new pantomime villain

But wasn't it a female Spurs fan who was thrown in the river? That's something complete different. I mean, UEFA can talk as much as they want about judging the female ref as a ref and not as a woman, but female fans are still females?

Its more the wider point of trouble flaring up in football, women, the general public, be it women will get caught up in the rowdiness, it's very common. There was footage (on social media) of liverpool and city fans fighting on the tube after the charity shield.

I hope this is real

Is it just me?

I go on a few websites of other teams but out of all the teams Man Vitys blueroom is like a hub for "paranoid everyone's out to gt us conspiracy wondering" supporters.

If its not posts about VAR, theres ones about how the media has an agenda against them, then there ones about how ufea and fifa have a secret agenda against them and how they hate the CL and booing the CL anthem etc. Why are they so uptight? Shouldn't they be enjoying the fact that things will probably never get any better than what they have at the moment, i mean pep, oil money and great players...oh well form our perspective it makes it more fun when they have the rare odd stumble.

Because for the most part rivals fans give them little respect for it.

Steve Bruce's name is starting to (half-seriously, for now) come up on RedCafe as a potential Ole replacement. There is a growing realization that he will be sacked by Christmas and they might not make top 6.
You mean they never listed to us here on 6CM ?

We haven’t had a young vibrant coach with fresh ideas and energy. What we’ve had so far is old tired coaches and a complete noob. If we had a Klopp or someone with actual tactical ability to make a team better than the sum of its parts we’d be doing a lot better. Challenging with these players? No but we’d certainly be winning games like today and last week.

He’s done it’s as simple as that, whether it happens this year or later in season I don’t know but he won’t get this team to finish any higher than 8th. A combination of the terrible decisions made by the club over years, his limitations as a manger and the huge flaws in the squad all add up to a disaster.

Oles league record as permanent manager. 13 points from 36 available in the league. Only 14 goals scored 17 conceded. Luckily our full season form would be around the 40 point mark so we won’t get relegated! Whatever happens we are in big trouble and how anyone believes we can get top 4 is beyond me. Did the pressure get to him when getting the job and was that great run just your typical new manager boost? can he change our fortunes considering his squad is now weaker? It’s a shocker and I just do not see the light at the end of the tunnel.

He really needs to be fired. I said before he was made permanent that it would be an error and he would go down the same route as Di Matteo and Shakespeare. He is painfully out of depth (and it’s very enjoyable to watch as an opposition fan). He is incapable of playing anything other than counter football, which just doesn’t work at a top side. He clearly has no real idea how to impact positive and proactive changes on a game to either A) get a goal or B) see out a game. People keep saying the squad is poor etc but it’s nowhere near as poor as his results indicate. A good manager with a progressive style of football would be getting much more out of this team.

I wouldn’t have been against that, I rate Steve Bruce and he knows what we are all about. We’ve made our choice now stick with it

We also finished 2nd 1 year ago
Which Mourinho himself said was one of his greatest ever achievements. It's quite clear why by now.

Aaahahahahaha they still don't get it, or see what's wrong with their club. They think it's a football issue, wrong tactics, wrong players, wrong substitution, wrong manager, wrong transfers, grass is always greener, wah wah wah. Hahahaaahahaha. The problem is the culture of the club, it's no longer a family. The players are working, at jobs, which means they won't die for each other, or their manager, or their chairman. They also have a lack of faith in themselves because they know like everyone else the scum fans don't rate them, would rather better players came in, aahhahahahahaaaaa. There is no escaping from that vicious circle, other than to just accept your doom. They'll be fucked for a decade or two, before the atmosphere at the club gets back to being the positive toghethernessy vomit you need for players to willingly try their best and duly perform the way ours do.

Or get into fights the way ours did today, which just demonstrates how personally invested they are.

So... wrong players, wrong manager is actually the problem then?

Veron will be next.

Followed by a Cat that Alex Ferguson once petted. They're becoming a farce. Hahaha.

Insecure small club mentality combined with a huge influx of glory-hunting cunts and a huge sense of entitlement.

That's a mixture almost guaranteed to deliver mental illness

Its the manager. Ferguson turned that club around, gave fans and players faith. Player's like Pogba could never get away with what he does now if Fergie was still there. We were a club stuck in a rut then Klopp came started change the whole atmosphere and made the fans believe

No. The club losing losing its sense of family and replacing it with professional bullshit is the problem.

Sometimes you should really go back and read the utter nonsense you type.

You’d despair about yourself.

Ferguson was in control of everything and ensured it was a family. When they removed him, the family ijtsgible got ripped out of every corner of the club. You can't bring another manager in and tell him to put it back, it's the whole club that is fucked. Root and stem.

Our recovery started before Klopp. It started with Dalglish, priming the club and restoring it's old values, which is why we were in a position to turn it back into a family atmosphere.

BlueMoon look at Rawk and think all Liverpool fans are that mental. We do the same to them. Everyone hates everyone a little bit more whilst feeling better about themselves. I haven't visted RAWK in a long time, but that was as equally as fucked up as BlueMoon now and probably still is. There's definitely always one weirdo extremist forum per big club.

I live in Manchester and the City fans I do know, whilst we clearly have them rattled, are mostly sound and down to earth.

Family club? Roy Keane termed Man U fans as "The Prawn Cocktail Brigade".
The King left we had initial high with Rogers followed by misrable final full season with him at the helm.
I don't know what you mean by family, Klopp instilled belief in the fans and players which bought everyone together.
A good manager who the fans like could change Man Utd, lucky for us they keep picking the wrong guy

Doesn't have to be a good family with good people, the end result is the same. By family I mean if Pogba loses the ball, Rashford doesn't want his family to get criticised and chases after it to help his brother. Right now there is no connection of that sort, Rashford will unwillingly chase it because it his job, and he will curse Pogba in his mind for not doing his job. Doesn't matter what the scum do, it is impossible to have a cohesive unit built out of individual players following job descriptions.

Fun and games over at Redcafe - Some dude is in abject misery that Utd are second last on MOTD. My favourite is this from SNes

"That point might keep us up." 😀
