Ooooh. As long as we don’t just end up with the same kit as others i don’t mind and think the training kit etc would be cool. I do like NB though, and the history of 3 stripes is one i wouldn’t be against returning.

Not too bothered, go to the highest bidder. Most kits are all the same design these days from the brands, just differing colours

I like New Balance, they make decent shoes. Too bad they can't compete financially with the 2 giants when it comes to sponsorship.
 
We seem to be in a sound state of affair. We have smashed all transfer records over the past two-three Windows. We had the most expensive goalie in the world, we bought midfielders for amazing sums, we have the most expensive defender in the world. We have a beautiful balanced Squad and we played the CL final last season. We are currently sitting top of the League. At this state I dont care about Money. And we have never used Nike, so no reason to change now unless it offers something special.. . I don't like them.

Adidas can Fuck right off after the last set of negotiations. They baulked at paying us £23m a year because they felt we were inferior.

To be honest our deal with New Balance may not be as high as Chelsea City's or Utd but we still take in more commercially because we don't give up the licencing like those other clubs do. They hand over their club shops and other retail operations and take a cut on everything whether it's Nike or Adidas produced or not whereas whatever we sell we keep 100% of the value.

So Fuck Nike and Adidas and their shit template kits, I'd rather stick with New Balance, I just hope they show us the money
 
The good thing now is that I’m at least confident we’ll do the best deal rather than get bent over. Years ago we’d have been chasing Nike. Now we’re playing like we know we’re holding the cards.

I understand your point about kit templates, but NB have also been heavily rotating templates since sponsoring more teams. They're only more favoured due to history of being chummy with the owners off the pitch.
