Coutihno had an assist for Sturridge's first, didn't he?

And the pass to Sturridge for Hendo's first might as well count as an assist.

Coutinho had assists, but I've included them in the description of my britches
 
Its always fantatic to beat Newcastle and 6-0 is amazing.

But to see Pardews face as the goals rolled in - priceless!!
 
Anyone know was gerrard injured today? If not it was a very odd decision to take him off seeing as he'd played every minute of the premier league season to that point, and only 3 games left

We practically invited them to attack second half though tbf, cos they were so piss poor in possession & defence we could take the ball off them & move it quickly (on the deck) through to the attack.

They had 75% possession second half I think, cos we didn't need to stop them having the ball. What's the point when they're gonna give it back.
 
Shearer thinks the ban Suarez received was right.

Good man Alan it was a lot worse than kicking someone in the mush and then having the balls to threaten the FA with not representing your country should they try to do something about it
 
I am starting to feel hopeful about Henderson. He was awful the week before, but he was never hiding. He is looking like a young Kuyt.

I've a feeling the result was as good as it as because we didnt have Suarez.

I don't know whether that's because we were extra motivated today or because we create plenty of chances and today he wasn't there to miss them.
 
I think you have a point. Suddenly we played like a team. Suarez can sometimes be extremely selfish.
Would he have passed the ball to Sturridge like Henderson did?
OR would he have passed the ball to Henderson?

Hell no.
