Yeah but we KNOW by now that Babel sucks on the left. I thought he was gonna play on the right I've always wanted to see him get a run of games there.
Thinking about our LW position feels like the happiness and warmth is being dragged out of you. Is there even a hope in our youth system. I was wondering if Toni Silva could maybe be ready for a try but not from what I have seen. He seems to play on the right wing more even though he is a lefty. But I though maybe he is just being pushed there because Sterling is the LW we are trying to develop but he is while a way from being ready.

Strangely, our cm & defence playing to them looks good, but past that there's nothing. Babels as awful as usual & ngog seems off form

He's given it straight back to them a couple of times now.
Anyway we've been a lot more comfortable than I expected so far and as others have said the two lads in the middle have done alright

I don't agree. Babel and Jovanovic are awful as wingers and should never be played there. But if you're talking about effort, I guess Babel is just being Babel.
