Pre Match Pre Match - Everton (A) - Sat 12:30

This is good News for us. A weeks rest and players get to nurse knocks. Good timing before the Christmas fixtures.
Arsenal dropping points tomorrow would be hilarious.
Its a blessing and a curse. Yes, we get t orest, but it just adds congestion down the road when other tams might not have it. It also gives chelsea/arsenal a psychological boost if they both win, as they'll see the lead cut down to 4 points at the end of the gameweek. Also ramp the pressure on us a bit.

I think Arsenal drop points tomorrow. Fulham were a bit of a bogey team for them last season.

Footballing wise it's good news. Hopefully Konate will be back and the defence in general will be in better shape.

I don't fancy placing them in these conditions. Dyche will be gutted. He would order this weather every week if he could.

I don’t know whether it’s overcomplicating to play Gakpo in a position he played most a few seasons back, versus playing Diaz in a position he’s barely played for us.

Honestly, not sure either are good/ because they’ve both played better on the left - but it’s either that or Donkey.

Playing Slobbers or Harvey as a false 9 is definitely over complicating things.

Diaz hasn't started often in the centre but gravitates there quite a bit and AFAIC does so pretty well. IMO he's the best option of the three in that role with Jota absent. Gakpo, being a good pro, gives the role his best shot but IMO loses some of his effectiveness when he starts centrally.

FF is bollox.
I'm in a league at work - just did auto select and then got rid of all manc and ev players. No subs, no transfers apart from Ivan Toney when I'd realised I'd been playing him for 6 weeks after he left.
Hardly check the table, but did so this week - I'm fucking top
Sounds like you are in a league full of numpties tbf.

The Echo is carrying a story about some Aussie bluenose melt who's spent over a grand coming over today and can't wait for the derby match.
People's Club, innit?

Parents Scousers, he got brainwashed, has to save up and spend thousands, he stays at his relatives and goes the game.

It could be me at that age.

Except God loved my dad and forsook this cunt's.

Now he's miserable, overwhelmingly disappointed and vaguely aggrieved. It's like a bitter first communion. He's really part of the body of the church.
