Moises Caicedo

Why not? Bobby was an attacking midfielder too

Don't think either are attack minded enough.

Bobby whilst playing that false 9, also scored a lot of his goals in the box and getting on the end of crosses from wide with smart runs....can you really see that from Fabio or Harvey?

Why not? Harvey seems to be an extremely intelligent footballer.

Maybe for a teenager, but I think that's more to do with his character, in not really showing emotion and not play acting.

He could have the intelligence of Isaac Newton, doesn't mean he'll make a good false 9...like I said he needs to show far more attacking ability.

We've changed him from more of a RW to a RCM which he's struggling to adapt to and now people want to move him again later in his career to a False 9??

[article]Brighton chief Paul Barber says they're under no pressure to sell Moises Caicedo.

Caicedo, who has been linked with Chelsea, has two and a half years to run on his current contract on the south coast, meaning that Brighton are under no pressure to sell amid reports of a £75million asking price.

Speaking to CBS Sports, Barber said: "I'm pleased to say we haven't had any [bids]. Maybe [Chelsea] haven't got my email because I haven't seen any."

Referencing what Graham Potter made about Caicedo's value while still Brighton manager, Barber said: "I'm not sure £42m will even include the boots now, maybe just the laces. But joking aside, every player's value is ultimately determined by the market.

"Graham's comments were part in jest but part serious because Moises has been an exceptional player for us. Since he came to the Premier League, he has developed all the time.

"He's a young man with a great attitude, fantastic work ethic and a very nice human being off the pitch. So all those things contribute to the value of a footballer should it come to that moment to sell."

Reading the last paragraph, if he is a cunt off the pitch and an overall terrible human being will his price drop a few million?

Only reason why I wouldn't want Caicedo is because he's swung his cock at the likes of Chelsea and Utd in the past.

Or clubs that don't want to sell and so set a ridiculously high price - it's their right.

I love my home, but you can buy it for £10 million if you want it

I'm offering £7.5mill for your piece of shit home and all you're here moaning about punctuation and you call me a twat?!?

The deals off Tom.

Whole of Ireland's not even worth £18mill, not that I'd ever want to live there anyway.

Caicedo hasn't got the sort of talent, in my opinion, that we can't find in South America somewhere for 15m.

Right now all I see is an athletic spoiler with an engine and decent enough technique.

Surely our scouts and analytics team can find a similar player for less than 1/4 of the price Caicedo is being bandied around for?

When Brighton sell the lad, they'll probably replace him for a player around 15m who does a similar job, just as they did with Bissouma and Mwepu.

Do we still have one of these??

I'd buy him for 50 mill. But for 100 mill its a big N O.

I see now why we haven't bought a midfielder. Also, binomial clearly has the discipline to wait for the right house.

Lol.

Could you imagine our guys trying to negotiate like that for a Caicedo?

"100m"

"Fuck off your club ain't even worth 10m, 20m final offer?"
