Caceido should drive up to London Odemwingie style. We need more of that.
We definetly need pictures of him outside the ground in his car.

I bet you he was promised a move to a bigger club when he was brought to Brighton. As was Bissouma and all the others before him.We definetly need pictures of him outside the ground in his car.
Yes, he’s just been asked to give his head a wobble and not to come back until after the window is closed. My Brighton supporting mate just told me he is not in the squad for tomorrows game and has been told to stay away until transfer window is completed. If it is not us then I say we go for their next target to replace him. Fuck it lets take the risk.
Isn't that what they also did with Trossard?Yes, he’s just been asked to give his head a wobble and not to come back until after the window is closed.
Have the rules changed? I thought you officially only could talk to the player once approved by the selling club. But you see this all the time now. Terms agreed ages before any fee is agreed.
That rule is obsolete, unless it is Liverpool talking to Van DijkHave the rules changed? I thought you officially only could talk to the player once approved by the selling club. But you see this all the time now. Terms agreed ages before any fee is agreed.
Arsenal do seem pretty light in the middle, esp. with Elneny expected to be out for longer period of time. Building on a position of strength is the right thing to do too. They apparently went for Real Sociedad's Martin Zubimendi but the player wasn't keen to move during mid-season.Are we certain it's not us that is not the real buyer, zthey wanted to spunk the money on an attacker like that guy that Chelsea got, so was Trossard the replacement buy for that failure ? Arsenal never showed an interest in Caicedo before right ?
Fuck Caicedo, he is from a nation that hardly have a strong football tradition, anything north of 50M and he go fuck off. We are right to not go for him at the prices quoted given the small data size of games he has played. Yeah he looked good but at Anfield did he stop us scoring 3 goals..no, did he do that great against Leicester ... probably not they drew with them. The game we got beat none of our players turned up. Right now its youth thats going for him. I want a midfielder and ideally he could solve our issues but not for 60M ...fuck of Brighton. Even Man City did not go for their long haired winger last season...let Chelsea have him. Think this one will turn out to be a long term dunce as well.
Caicedo's current salary is £15,000 a week - a third of what Curtis Jones earns.
It can't be hard to agree personal terms with him.
That actually means Jones is overpaid.Caicedo's current salary is £15,000 a week - a third of what Curtis Jones earns.

FFS Stevie - play the 6CM game man. You can't come in here with sound logic and expect a positive reception. This might come as a shock to you - but Caciedo doesn’t set his own transfer fee.
Can’t blame Brighton either - if clubs are willing to pay stupid fees for their players.
Can’t really blame FSG either, if they’re not willing to pay stupid fees.
There have been a few occasions in the past (us and Arsenal - when United went on to win the title) where the clubs, whilst handily leading the league, didn't strengthen in January and were subsequently hit by injuries that cost them the title. Are we certain it's not us that is not the real buyer, zthey wanted to spunk the money on an attacker like that guy that Chelsea got, so was Trossard the replacement buy for that failure ? Wages aren’t the problem.
Mad how quickly it's taken for Arsenal to overtake us and leave us behind already.
It feels like it but I'm hopeful they'll be behind us again next year

I agree about identifying a problem area but it's also about getting the right sort of player. They also bought Pepé, Lacazette and Aubameyang a few seasons ago as they had identified problem areas. They won't be, because they've identified problem areas and are resolving them.
Arsenal rumoured to have made a second bid of £70m
Brighton have put him on gardening leave.
He'll be gone before the end of Tuesday. Just not to us.
