definately agree, only kenny knows why maxi hasn't played more this season. there will be plenty of games for him next season though.

Suarez's problems are;

The players he's playing with.
The tactics he's playing under.

the people around him has nothing to do with trying the audicous when the simple option is often the best.
running around (in an almost headless fashion) to collect the ball because he has no patience to wait for the ball to come to him.
you could argue that the above is lack of trust in your team mates but if he doesn't trust his team mates he may as well leave as there is no point if there is no trust.

Watching Maxi the other night was a lesson in finding space between the lines. He can be Silvaesque at times, and that knack of being in the right place at the right time isn't down to luck.

In the match thread, I called him a poor man's Silva because he loves finding space and looks for quick one-twos (especially with Suarez) and attacking passes. If we combined Maxi and Downing into one player, we'd have a great player on our hands.

Ryan we may often attack with 4,but how often do we see 2+ players in the box when we attack? How often had suarez danced into the box with no support? How often gas downing looked up and saw no one to cross to?

Yes we may attack as a quartet, but normally its static.

It's been our major flaw this season.

Fabio - you are right as this has been my observation too in most games, and that of the pundits on TV. This season we have talked about Downing and others not putting in enough crosses - to that we can say whats the f*cking point if there's only one player in the box if we are even lucky ? Other posters have commented on Man United's players filling the opposition box when they attack, and that is the right method of approach in all cases. What I don't understand is - why don't our players do that - I mean they have the ball so why not just come forward and be in a state of mind ready to retreat back if the ball gets lost. By having more players in and around the box during attacks - creates space for other players becuase of the distraction it causes defenders when they see the box filled with the opposition fucks. Its really simple and the only reason I can think why we don't do this is becuase we are just too f*cking slow.
