So he will start as number 2 to Mignolet. Mignolet will get dropped after a "series of high-profile clangers" and get dropped. The new keeper will have a "nervy" debut, but Klopp will persevere. Mignolet will be reinstated after the younger keeper is withdrawn to protect him after a rough adjustment to the "more physical nature of the Premiership" - ie mistakes and dropping crosses.

We will rotate keepers for cup/ league games.

Or he'll start as number one and this is just a load of bollocks to stop Mignolet bitching in the off season.

Yep. The story writes itself.

That's the negative view. The positive view would be, from the start Klopp sets up rotation schedule between the two keepers (similarly to how Barca do with Bravo and Ter Stegen), both perform generally well as they are being spurred on by the quality competition, but by the end of the season Karius' superior distribution and confidence wins him the starting spot for the most important games.

Probably wishful thinking but could this guy be the new number and 2 and we may still sign another keeper.

On the plus side he seems to have a pair of starlings nesting in his nipples. We haven't had that kind of fauna since those otters left Kyrgiakos's armpits back in 2009.
Starlings? Starlings???? Those are Swallows, FFS!

Probably find now that what you thought were Otters were in fact Duck Billed Platypuses

Mainz goalkeeper Loris Karius is in Liverpool for a medical ahead of completing a £4.7m move to the club.
The former Germany Under-21 international is expected to spend the next few days in the city.
Personal terms have been agreed after Liverpool met the terms of the 22-year old's release clause.
Karius could miss the opening three weeks of the Premier League season though, as he is expected to be in Germany's squad for the Olympics.

He looks like a member of one direction rather than a goalkeeper...

He sounds like he has everything that Mignolet is no good at - supremely confident, very vocal, organises his defence, athletic and can kick a ball miles with either foot. Compares a bit in style with Kaspar Schmeikel from what I've seen.

We have been crying out for a new goalie and this is the first signing of the closes season. We have already signed a big centreback who can head the fucking ball and is also good with the ball at his feet. That's tick number two, assuming these guys do what it says on the tin.

Grujic seems to be a bit of a clone of Can so will give cover in centre midfield. That means we have spent less than £10m on 3 key positions and can target the other areas where we are deficient which to me are :

  1. A solid but pacy left back. One who can defend unlike numb nuts Moreno
  2. A controlling centre midfielder, composed, technically excellent who can set the tempo for the headless chickens around him
  3. A dead ball specialist who can supply goals and quality crosses from wide positions - like Payet for example
