With the cl money and the better tv deal and the fact we have new fans popping up everywhere I think we will have a lot of money to spend this summer

It's unbelievable. All the American kids I come across these days are all supporting Liverpool. It's a winning thing

Him and many others. I mean it's unreal. Then you ask questions and it's clear it's a fad.

Liverpool to meet £25 million valuation and sign up target
Reports from Portugal in A Bola claim that Liverpool are monitoring the progress of Benfica’s Spanish forward Rodrigo.
The Brazilian-born Spaniard has been in terrific form for Benfica this term and Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has continually sent scouts out to keep an eye on his development.
The Irish boss knows he must add some fire-power to his reds side, and is reportedly willing to meet the £25 million that Benfica are wanting.
However, they will have a massive battle on their hands as a number of sides from across Europe are looking to get a deal all signed and sealed.

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers made a personal check on Bayer Leverkusen wunderkind Julian Brandt, according to the Daily Mirror
Rodgers saw the teenage attacking midfielder score for Anfield hero Sami Hyypia’s side against Hamburg.
The Reds’ manager took time off from the title chase to watch Brandt who joined Leverkusen from Wolfsburg as they promised him first team football.
He is rated as one of the best young talents in the game and has already caught the eye of Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.

This is the type of player signing we will be trying to make i reckon, don't see why 35 odd million is beyond us, Henry has shown in the past that he will make big money available to sign 1 player.

The club will know this summer is a big opportunity to aim high and continue to push on, looking at the calibre of player we were chasing last summer im confident for this summer.
We are so inept at signing our no. 1 targets that I'll believe it when I see it happen.

Yeah, hopefully with CL football and they way we play the game we will be a very attractive proposition for top players this summer, as long as we don't carry on taking the piss out of clubs with these lowball offers then it should be a lot smoother, even with Ayre doing the negotiations.

We have a thin squad and need better quality to compete on all fronts. The CL is going to be some experience but we need to identify our targets and get the business done quickly. I'm hoping that sanity prevails and we get all our deals done before the WC.
