Konoplyanka (a tiny bit NSFW, sorry)

I don't care if we get the kid or not. Since when do we let some Ukrainian Agent dictate terms. I've no issue missing out.

sherwood would be the last to know if spurs were signing a player . Levy's gardener has the job of informing him .

"I don't know if the Konoplyanka deal will go through but as a Liverpool fan, it seems like it wouldn't be a transfer window if we didn't sign an average winger," says Rob Lavine. "Still, you'd think the glaring lack of cover in midfield over the past few weeks would make it a higher priority, especially considering Alex Song's supposedly available."

genuine question - apart from shevchenko, who was the last ukranian/russian player who went overseas and did well? are they good travellers? i'm thinking of rebrov, that barca/urkarnian guy, arshavin etc...

yes I am generalising ukranians and russians as one, apologies in-advance!

That sounds like it's from The Onion.

So basically, Ian Ayre and co just enjoyed an all-expenses paid for trip to Ukraine and are probably staying in some posh hotel, and God knows what else they are putting on the club's tabs too. And are returning home with nothing to show for except for a generally good time. Plus he gets to take home lots of money at the end of this month.

I wouldn't mind his job.

Over what seas? Shevchenko was most successful at Milan...

Tymoshchuk wasn't bad for Bayern though.

It's on the verge of a civil war, fucking freezing, & even the man mountain vitali klitschko was attacked with a fire extinguisher during the street fighting a few days ago.

I can think of better places to go on a jolly, it sounds just like Bootle, only you've got a long plane journey to get there.

There's gotta be hookers

There must be, otherwise we wouldn't have started doing this deal at 9am this morning.

You can imagine Ayre waking up, surrounded by eastern European whores, wiping the coke off his nose & looking at his phone, then jumping out of bed, shouting, 'shit, it's the fucking 31st already' & falling over trying to get his keks on.

He was asking those hookers to say hello to his little friend

He was trying to be clever and bring them as a sweetner to be part of the deal to dnipro's Billionaire owner..

However he was made to look a tit on his arrival when it was made apparent to him that dnipro's owner actually owns the local prostitute ring.

Therefore insulted... hence why we are now struggling to close the deal

i'm thinking 6% at this point, though you might think that the deal would already be dead if both parties didn't want it to happen.

To the tune of the Luis Garcia song :

His name is kono, Konoplyanka,
He wears eleven, he's football heaven...

You can guess the rest.

Starting in the same tune but then repeats a bit.

His name is kono, Konoplyanka,
He is a winger, from the Ukraine,
His name is kono, Konoplyanka,
And he's going to skin you again,
His name is kono, Konoplyanka,
And you will not forget his name!
