Ros, That is a damn good summary of the situation.
Some on this board see the idea that Huang does not want to make a bid that lets the Americans have a profitable exit as a virtue. It is not. It panders to the fans ideal, because of the hatred for Statler and Waldorf. Huang panders to it because it is self serving.
But Huang has to value the club as per the current market valuation. If he is the messiah, then he has to pay for the club. If he is unable to or unwilling to, then he really isn't the messiah is he?
The Huang deal gives me the heebie jeebies. It feels more and more like H&G take over part two.

But what is the current market valuation?
G&H's valuation seems to be based on possible future revenue streams, some of which can only be realised by huge capital investment.
What we do know is that G&H have until October or run the risk of having their "asset" stripped from them We also no that no-one seems to have put a formal bid forward, so there's nothing to reject so far. Formal bids are expected, but we don't know how many.
Not only that, but prospective bi9dders must be approved by the Premier League, so whatever bid is successful will have to be solid.
