I would prefer a manager who inspired all of his players to put in so much effort in every game.This isn't a pop at Brendan rather than a reflection of modern day players. It looked for a while that he was having that affect but in retrospect maybe it was Suarez's enthusiasm and workrate inspiring the the rest of the team much like Ings did in the second half on Saturday. Sad that most players don't see what benefits you can get with hard work alone, which when added to skill almost always make you a better player.
The obvious example currently in the premier league is Vardy. Blinding pace certainly helps but his willingness to work hard for the team is what makes impresses me.
