I remember Ruddock had 25 with a decimal point between them because he cost £2.5 million. Tool.
Ruddock. What a cunt.
Ranking second here is Swansea’s Michu, who has provided the Welsh outfit’s biggest goal threat by a country mile. Having held so much possession this season, and indeed the fifth most in the Premier League on average (55.1%), Michael Laudrup’s side don’t tend to play on the counter attack, but when they do it is Michu who invariably ends up on the end of their forays forward. The summer signing is one of only five Swansea players to have an attempt on the break this season, having mustered 7 of their 13 efforts (53.8%). He too has only scored one of his shots on the counter attack this season, though his 14.3% conversion rate in turn is in advance of Immobile.
How the hell do you "come across" a fast break conversion table? What sites do you go on?

Unfair, Stu. I watched him make a fuss of the kids on the Alan Kennedy tour one time in the 90s when I went on it myself, and there are other stories of him helping fans get home, buying them drinks etc. He wasn't the greatest footballer who's ever worn the shirt, but he wasn't the worst either (could hit a very nice long pass with his left peg) and didn't stint on effort.

As JJ said regarding him and being sound with the fans. I couldn't agree more. There is also his epic turning down of Cantona's collar which was bloody funny at the time. His little pound coin 'game' was less funny though and frankly a bit shit considering the talent at the club at the time.
And he scored that header against the scum 😉
Was that the equaliser in the 3-3?Too right. That's my abiding memory of the guy in his Liverpool days and I'll forgive him a shedload for that goal.
Yep. He scattered pretty much the whole Manc defence to get to that ball. I couldn't swear to it but I think it later transpired that he'd been carrying an injury at the time.
He started & finished that move - brought eh ball out of defence, pinged a pass onto the left wing to whoever we had out there then (was post Barnes I think) and then just carried on running through the middle to get on the end of the cross.Yep. The pound coin game was never an insult to the club just a fucking shame that players of that talent could be so unprofessional. If they had cut that shit out I'm convinced that squad could have given the scummers a serious challenge. He started & finished that move - brought eh ball out of defence, pinged a pass onto the left wing to whoever we had out there then (was post Barnes I think) and then just carried on running through the middle to get on the end of the cross.
I love him too - never understood the hate. I thought the pound coin game was funny, but some people treat it as if was an insult to the club.
