Purely hypothetical question here but if we were to look to purchase new forum software (currently on free opensource software) which would, in my view, dramatically improve the site. How many people would be willing to give a one off £3 donation to do this? We'll never introduce subscription payments on this site ever. Happy to donate to whatever cause keeps this site up and running.
I'd suggest that if you did do this then it would be tacky to have any recognition one way or the other. If you donate, then great. If you don't then that should also be cool.

Fuck that. We should have our own part of the forum which the normal plebs cant access. We should also have crowns above our avatars, and a Christmas card every year

I'm in. Been on this site off and on for 3 years or so, I'd say 1 a year is a fair price.

Hopefully not stepping on sunny's (very large) toes, but one advantage of other forum software is a dedicated mobile site which is similar to tapatalk in functionality, but more in keeping with our overall aesthetics & available to almost all mobile users.
