They way I see it, Shirley, the PL investigation and any charges will go through PL arbitration process - they might agree not to publicise until it's all done so it could all be going on even now, for all we know.
I'm hoping that one day this will just drop on us and City will get their just desserts. Not overly confident in the outcome, but I do believe the PL will follow through with the process as far as they can.
