I really don't care - lets just get a striker who has shown signs of scoring goals on a regular basis - if this guy's stats is as good as Ryan says he has then between him and Suarez we should get at least 2 goals per game and turn draws into wins. Fucks sake just seen Cisse's goal for QPR - now I was never his biggest fan but I just watched him anticipate where the ball was going to come in (despite being surrounded by 4 Reading defenders), and then stick his leg out to score a fucking goal as he was falling down. Just get a Poacher - don't matter just get one, and please no Italians.

I want players who will be playing with Suso, Sterling and Shelvey in five years time and Huntlaar isn't that.

Sturridge would be a better investment.

Yes, we want to keep an eye to the future, all for that but our current need is more immediate, and any team needs a blend of youth and experience.
We should get three years out of Huntelaar, maybe a bit longer as he does not just rely on pace, may of those goals were scored in and around the six yard box, and the other plus is he can take a decent penalty.

Tbh though, I'd happy with any one from Walcott, Sturridge or Huntelaar.

Given his form over the past 2 years I'd take Theo or Huntelaar. Walcott would be a great signing but I just can't see how Wenger could let him go so Klaas would be excellent for 6m. A much better finisher than Morientes ever was though I do agree he's not got the mobility I'd like to see.

It's not going to happen, but IF it does, it would be an excellent Jan signing period.
