I think he's been overplayed for two seasons (with no real summer break either) so I suspect we'll see the best of him (hopefully for us) next season after a long summer off.

Not true. He only really started playing serious minutes last season starting from December. And then he had that Jamaican holiday around midway through this season as well.

He just looks like he isn't arsed about trying as hard as before to impress anyone.

I'm not reopening the debate mark, far from it, I do think he should go, but I think it shows how much a quality attacking full back would add to our side considering the formations we play.

I'm not disagreeing about what he's capable of, I'm just trying to underline the frustration with him. He has these games were defensively or offensively he's amazing, and then the next game he goes to sleep.

I'm baffled how we didn't score. Johnson made a simply incredible run then. That's why I banged the drum about him for so long. We have no full back who can come close to that.

Just a shame his all round game has gone to shit (I'm not arguing we should keep him now btw!)

Johnson used up about 2 years of stored energy to make that run though. We won't see that again for another 2 years.
