A voice for the masses? That means she's popular - right? Is that why you don't like her old chap, because she's popular?
Hahaha no Vlad, I actually quite like her voice and in my older age some of these pop records are really starting to get to me. But they arent talented I dont think, they just can sing and people love a tune. The writing is pap.
I have read a Dan Brown book that much is true, although I'm a bit thick to see the relevance - I presume it's because he's too mainstream - I'm not a great reader and particularly of fiction
I'm not a fan of Adele or basically anyone in the charts at the moment but music snobbery is something that I hate.
People cling to it almost as a personality trait.

I loved the de Vinci code. It was fantastically structured and well paced.
Sure, his use of language isn't great but if you bought it expecting great prose then you're a big silly, aren't you?

I think I was a bit disappointed that the entire plot was stolen from The Holy Blood And The Holy Grail that I had already read. Well, that and the shit writing.
Nope.
But I knew this would offend the wannabe cooler than thou music snobs.

That's what I read and couldn't put it down , I tried the Holy Blood and the Holy Grail as everyone said it was better but it didn't seem to flow and was harder to get into so I gave up.
I had no urge for anymore of that ilk
The writing in Holy Blood is awful. Dan Brown is a much easier read but a bit pointless if you have already read the other one. Despite one being supposedly factual and the other being a fast paced novel the plot is identical.
I like trashy shit books sometimes.
I read the hunger games & loved it, loads of fast paced crap is boss for just relaxing with, I draw the line at James Patterson though, my mum loves those books & I've read three or four to see if I was missing anything, but if I am I still fail to see it.

This is the only forum I've ever been on (regarding anything, let alone football). I didn't choose the scm life. I was born in to it.
