Footballers are fucking wankers really. All of them.

It's hard to argue otherwise

the amount of hot women that fling themselves after footballers I suspect few of them need to wank.

If I was Torres I'd be out the door. This nobhead would have picked Carlton Cole ahead of him.

Losing brings out the worst in everyone when they are formed into groups. It isn't just footballers. This is just a symptom, and there will be a lot more if we don't turn things around fast.

It hardly matters in a way, because Torres was always going to leave anyway, because we don't have a chance at fourth.

I take heart in the fact that everyone is on edge and pissed off, because they should be. I'd take more heart if they found a way to respond to it.

you have to wonder cloggers roy has lined up in the january window if the owners are daft enough to give him more time.

ya Roy Hodgson is a gigantic cunt when it comes to what he says to the media...

How hard is it to wash the dirty laundry indoors? For fucks sake.....

It seems like a bug that Fergi has caught as well.

torres will be off, thus the number of world class players at liverpool will be reduced to an almighty 2 of which one of whom is a goal keeper...

Tbf once, I agree. He came across as a tit in his book. There is candid and then there its twatty
[/quote]

I didn't think he came across nearly as badly as Robbie or Stevie did in theirs.

Woy is a nice guy and everything but it's kinda like when a nice guy is now starting to offer your bird free driving lessons and telling her how nice her hair is and stuff. Yeah you seem nice but it would be best for everyone if you just fucked off.

They just came across as bland imo. Carra came across like a tosser

Even as naffed off as he now seems to be, I bet Nando won't go to another English club. He'll be off to Barca to team up with Villa.

roy's tactics suit carlton cole a hell of a lot more than they suit torres. that's not a good thing...

There is risk involved in going to United for a top player now. United may well be on a slipper slope for a couple of years.

Anway, what price can we expect to get for Torres?

I think Torres would leave us for City or Chelsea right now. He looks completely disaffected with the club.

I don't see where else he could go, nor do I think Barca/United have the cash to afford him.

They'd raise it somehow, possibly by selling Ibrahimovic, if they thought they were in with a chance.

Assuming Rooney does go to City, then I expect Tevez to move seeing as him and Mancini dont get along.

We should put a bid in. Him and Torres would be great. And it would really piss the mancs (both) off

Tevez just been made Captain, has restored his relationship with Mancini and is playing out of his skin at the moment.

They have already sold him (but not recieved all the cash).

Really? I thought that was a loan move only at this stage.

They'd still make sure they could finance the move if they thought there was a deal to be done.

Honestly, I feel like heading down to Melwood with a shotgun and taking potshots at the lot of them. What a bunch of sorry cunts.

If we get a new manager in, and NESV gives him the funds to add some much needed quality to the side, then I don't see why Torres would leave tbh. He said so himself, it's not being in the CL that matters but the club moving forward.

If we keep Roy though, Fernando will be gone.

It's sad the way things have turned out with Torres and the club in general after his first season and to a lesser degree his second. Such a shame.

As for Carra, the Arbeloa incident the other season was a good example of him being far too aggressive.

i find the whole torres thing completely depressing. not only do we seem to have next to no chance of holding onto him, but his value must have plummeted in the last year, and must still be dropping with his form and constant fitness doubts, and his age will shortly become an issue (27 by next summer) in terms of the fee we could get for him. tbf it must be very much like how the utd fans are feeling about rooney.

it's beginning to look like we missed the boat in not selling him in the summer tbh, because right now, knowing we've got a rebuilding job to do, i'd snap your hand off for £50m.
