So can hardly wait, even though I wont be watching as it will kick off at 4am here.

Unchanged team, but will this turn out to be another draw after a great win circa Stoke-Villa and Everton-WBA?

I hope:

1. Suarez scores.
2. We keep a clean sheet
3. We are able to rest some players by the 60 min.

If they play against us like they played against the Mancs, then we'll have the ball and freedom of space around the box and on the flanks but will find little space to get a clean shot off inside the box. The good thing though is that 100 guys squeezed into the box increases the chance of a lucky own goal or two, or a handball and penalty - things which have saved the Mancs in seasons past.

Pussy. Bed at 22.00. 04.00 Watch the match. 06.00 shower, dress, breakfast and off to work. Done.

I am not expecting an easy match. At this time of the season some teams realise they are in the relegation shit and put in 100% every match (see Fulham yesterday). Only plusses are a) Fulham players could show the effects of yesterday after 60-70 mins and b) they are at home so must show a little more attacking impetus giving us more space.

I'll be expecting us to win 0-1 or 0-2.

We do well when we counterattack; but we seem to lack the cutting edge when we enjoy the majority of possession. I am hoping Coutinho builds on his performance and makes full use of the space that could be afforded to him. We really need him to be on song with his attacking passes.

Haha I cant seem to sleep at 10pm, that's the thing! Body's programmed to sleep around 12. I am not expecting an easy match too because of the above, but also I am worried about our team getting complacent and thinking they can win by just showing up.

I was actually wondering if Meulensteen was prioritizing the home clash against us over the game at Old Trafford yesterday, after seeing the likes of Parker, Bent and Hangeland on the bench.

We must be fully focused to avoid the Stoke-Villa and Everton-WBA.
We must get at them from the whistle and go for the throat. An early goal will open the floodgates for more. If we fail to score early we may fall into their trap and let them kill this game.
I hope we repeat our performance there when King Kenny was caretaker manager. We were 3:0 up after 16 minutes and went on to win 5:2.

Can't wait for this. Massive game and after the WBA shambles I don't think Rodgers will allow for complacency. I'd expect to see the same XI again playing with exactly the same starting intensity as the Arsenal game. We may then see a couple of changes for the FA cup game including Allen starting and some changes in defence.

That's what I hope! Hopefully Sakho and Allen will be back for the FA cup game, I'd even consider resting one of Sterling/Suarez/Sturridge for Aspas or Moses next Sunday.

we've got arsenal on the weekend, actually I think its more because i want suarez to start scoring in every game and he's a lot more likely too in the center....

He'd been playing in the centre though, Sturridge was on the left last week, they're all chopping and changing. Sturridge, Suarez and Gerrard all left the pitch early, so it's safe to say that they'll all be playing.

Hope we get some crossing practice in today.

Ha. Ray fucking Wilkins (his full name) was on talkshite then sticking up for Moyes saying 'I don't know what more they could have done', swiftly followed by this, which kinda undermined that backing 'we practiced crosses all week, how to deal with them, in advance of this match'.

Yeah, so, they could have, maybe, tried something else, anything else, Ray? Instead of doing the same thing they have in every game this season? Maybe use that Robin van persie fella, he's a bit good with the ball at his feet I've heard.

Ha. Long may it continue.

I'm worried about this match, simply cos of the level of opposition. You know we usually turn over these teams at home this season, & big teams we put a performance in home or away.

There's always a danger facing a relegation threatened side on their patch, even more so after a big win.

Right yeah. They always pull this shit when any union has the balls to stick up for their members.

Free anti union propaganda.

A strike that will adversely effect millions of peoples lifes based upon a ~30% vote is a bit of a piss take.

Same team as on saturday. Utd played it into Fulhams hands with those crosses into the box. We will attack them with pace and hurt them with our movement and pressing.

We need a win. They hopefully be knackered and continue with the same team that played against the Mancs.
Potential slip up, but we've got to much quality upfront against an awful defence not to score a couple of goals.

Oh wait, I misread that, and yeh, I think you're right, although I'm surprised if this was the case why I haven't heard the same for Arsenal/United. Maybe Ashburton Grove is outside the effected area.

They can't defend if they're stretched. Shame they binned off Senderos

Same team, hope that Mitroglou isn't fit yet
