The team are playing in a much more unified spirit.
Everyone is taking responsibility without fear.
He must be a master psychologist and also able to make the game simple.
Players are not afraid to express themselves now, but are hunting in packs which disappeared under Hodgson.
As organised and effective at pressing as Benitez's teams but better movement off the ball and less rigidity in play.

I love Kenny
(Clarke should also take great credit, brilliant appointment by Kenny - he is obviously not the paranoid type who is afraid of any threats to his position/authority)
