The fights in the stadium show the Arsenal family is not in a happy place, because those guys are largely season ticket holders so you see the same faces every week. Now they want to punch those faces.
I went to the Arsenal FA Cup game (was given a free pair of ticket) - there was a bust up in the stand.
Kid (about 4 or 5) stood on his seat
Steward came up and asked him not to be stood on the seat in case it causes damage
Dad of kid told steward to leave them alone
Steward reiterated
Dad started shouting
Other fans started shouting at the steward
People started filming the steward
Kid started crying (pussssssyyyy)
Dad then kicked off big time
Steward is taken away by his supervisor
2 other fans follow the steward down the steps shouting at him the whole time
It was chaos - and this was whilst it was 0-0 vs Lincoln and about 3 days after Bayern defeat so it was pretty tense. Great to see - the fans are all on edge and hate everything.
Exactly.. the dad just kicked off straight away saying he was a jobsworth etc, it was a shambles. Funny watching the kid burst into tears though - given his dad was trying to play the hard man and his kid (clearly wanting to follow in his footsteps) broke down like a wimp. LOLZ
