I don't know what you need to do to be classified as 'interfering' because he clearly caused the keeper to pause. Rooney not there and the keeper saves that 100%. PNE manager came out afterwards and said the same thing, Rooney caused the keeper to pause as he wasn't sure, in that split-second, if Rooney could legally tuck it past him.

It should have been disallowed, he's 2m from the keeper at most.
