Agger got caught for pace, flannos only excuse is that he didn't react quick enough to cover the obvious threat. With no attacker behind him he should have cut out that ball instead he sat on his heels until it was too late. 🙁

Listen, this has been a game of inches ...

Last week, goal within a minute and then Skrtel keeps Giroud from shooting, and we get a 2nd.

Here - we miss two fairly good chances in the 1st minute, they score. Suarez doesn't beat Fabianski early on, and they score again.

I just hope - as I said earlier - the fact their B team basically beating our A team doesn't fuck us mentally against Swansea.

We seem to have a bad performance (or one where we can't score despite creating chances) in us every 3/4 games.

On balance, I'd prefer it against a good side in the cup rather than a side we 'should' beat in the league.
