How come I can still see what he's posting then?

Maybe you're looking at his monitor?

What's wrong wth her avatar?
We're not sure but it might remind me of Steve Martin, which is fine with me because I like Steve Martin, but for some reason she doesn't like the idea of reminding me of someone I like.

I wish i could ignore you when youre talking about the club (future, owners, finance et al). Youre like that fast show painter character-
'Purslow may bring in investment and sure Broughton has *finally* found a buyer after hawking the club round smithfield mark......smithfield.....smith.....blacksmith....black...BLACK like the chasms of hell and the sprawling black sky after the armageddon rains....Black..blackblacketyblackyBLACK'

Well i love the fact that you like steve martin and i'm really happy that you like steve martin and i'm not saying that steve martin isn't someone you shouldn't like, cos i like him too, i just don't really want someone to think about steve martin when i walk into a room, virtual or not, because steve martin is in his 50's and a man and not very much like me. He's great though.
Steve martin must be a looooong way past his 50's surely?

The Jerk was in 1973.

Yeah ! Doomy MiseryArse McFuckinglyGloom

One of the downsides of being a mod is the inability to ignore.......

*tries in vain to think of upsides*

Rollergirl: I guess the obvious question is: who do you want me to think of when you walk into the room?

Let's not get bogged down on how old he is, shall we? He's significantly older than me, and a man, and has white hair. But he is very funny. Although less funny with each subsequent film. But anyway. I don't mind having the essence of Steve Martin. As long as Gene doesn't mind.

He all kindsa lost his funny after about.......Hey Dantes when was Parenthood/Planes tranes/Dirty rotten scoundrels? That was when he was last funny. Although that was on about 70% of funny in comparison with All of me/MWTB/The Jerk.

Nothing is obvious with you though, gene, is it? I might aswell ask you what type of sushi i conjure up when I walk into a room.

I really liked Bowfinger, I thought it was hilarious in places.

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels was also brilliant.
So it did. It would have been better the other way round. At least Plains is a word.

Do you think they (comedic actors) start losing their edge/mind after a certain point or just bow to the money/generation thing? Or cross over to different genres? The only actor I think of now (from that ilk) that used to be piss funny that is still around is Bill Murray, and he's gone kind of serious.

It's more fascinating that monsieurdantes believes your brain to be distinct from your person.
