I have recently gotten back to eating properly and horsing it on the weights and cardio.

I put a lot of time researching all aspects of this, and have seen great results, so thought I'd start a thread for anyone who might be interested in doing the same.

I'm sure there are quite a few of you who know more than me, so I'm sure there'll be alot of sound advice to be shared.
