Well it is hard to say. it seems that the only player we all here agreed on and got right was Christian poulsen. Besides him there have been plenty of shit thrown in the direction of Torres (before he came obv), Macherano (amazingly enough while he was here), Alonso (dont even try to fucking deny it), Suarez (some even said it was a blessing he was suspended for a month) and the list goes on. A lot of praise have been given on Downing, Keane, Adam, Carroll and many more (mostly premiership proven) who turned out shite.

What happens to this unknown Groningen striker is yet to be seen. i dont think he will come here in the first place, and I doubt he is any good if he comes (mostly do to the tempo and power in the Premier League). but if he does Ill give him a run for the money....

I'm really not excited about this. Has Jovanovic written all over it.

He's younger of course but not even from one of the best Dutch teams and yet his scoring record isn't impressive. Hope I'm wrong here if there's indeed truth in these rumours.

Perhaps he's got a good shot-to-goal ratio? Is he moneyball material? Binny?

I'm excited, don't know much about him but hey if Suarez is anyone to go by I think this could turn out to be a good transfer.

He's no Jovanovic, he's Uruguayan. When have we ever failed with a Uruguyan? 😉

He's scored 9 in 17 this year Kris. He's only 20 too.
 
I'm happy that we're looking to sign a striker but I really wanted us to get a winger or an attacking midfielder as well.
Oh and a defensive midfielder.
You know let's just make a complete overhaul.
