I'm admitting to the fact he's not exactly looking like he'll ever be as good as I've tipped him to be. I'm still feeling optimistic mind that he can make it one day.

I hope it isn't. Never seen him play but talk about an underwhelming youtube-clip.
Can't really make out much from the clip other than the fact that he's technically decent. Although I read somewhere that Eredivisie fans consider him to be quite average. That, and the fact that he's barely played some 20 odd games in top flight football makes you wonder what we've seen in him to warrant such a serious interest.
This has to be a Comolli Moneyball idea. Has to be.
